The Institutional Services Group focuses on senior level executive placements at a national level.  Since 2010 Hillary has successfully completed placements and worked with new clients in Boston, New York City, Connecticut, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco and Miami.  Clients have included private equity real estate firms, public REIT’s, Domestic and International Banks and Life Insurance Companies.

Hillary was recruited to join Keller Augusta in 2010 to focus on senior executive placements and new business development.  Prior to Keller Augusta, Hillary was a Managing Director with Commonfund Realty, Inc. in Wilton CT, responsible for investor and consultant relations for 290 non-profit institutional investors in a $1.6 Billion private real estate fund.  During her 10 year tenure at Commonfund she was involved with capital fundraising and working with joint venture and operating partners in markets across the U.S. Hillary has been a speaker and on panels for NAREIM, OPAL Financial and IMN. Prior to Commonfund, Hillary was a Financial Advisor Associate at Sanford Bernstein in New York City and an Associate with Morgan Stanley. 

Hillary attended Brigham Young University and graduated as a Bernard Flaxman scholar from the University of Hartford with a BS in Economics. She is a member of NAIOP and ICSC and has previously held Series 7, 63 licenses.
