Our client is searching for a highly seasoned and experienced commercial equity-debt placement professional.

Required Skills

• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Significant experience in the real estate investment market with an understanding of acquisition and financing of multi-family or commercial real estate investments and/or developments.
•  Possess strong sales skills.
• Experience in analyzing, structuring and negotiating complicated real estate transactions.
• Experience in overseeing preparation of memoranda and P&S negotiations for   investment sales.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a varied and constantly changing workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for presentations and negotiations.
• Experience working with developers and institutional owners.
• Self-confidence, persistence and the strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent business references.
• Track record of real estate, real estate finance or other transactions.
