Function: Residential Property Management

Our client is a privately held, fully integrated real estate investment firm that specializes in acquisition, development, operation and long-term ownership of commercial, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use and hospitality properties. The company’s portfolio concentrations are throughout the East Coast and along the southern tier of the United States.

As Regional Manager, you will be directly responsible for oversight and all property management operations for the company’s portfolio of multifamily communities in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• overseeing residential real-estate properties
  
• directly supervising a number of Community Managers and other employees and contract service providers
  
• profitability
  
• cost control
  
• upholding quality standards to ensure resident and employee satisfaction
  
• travel to and from destinations as necessary
  

Qualifications

• Several years of Property Management experience
  
• BA desired
  
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  
• Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
  
• Communicates effectively in both oral and written form
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  
• knowledge of Intuit MRI software
