Michelle O'Neil is a Director with Keller Augusta Partners and brings seven years of real estate industry experience to the firm. At Keller Augusta, Michelle focuses on Real Estate Investment and Development searches. Prior to joining Keller Augusta, Michelle was an analyst at HFF, L.P. a national commercial real estate capital intermediary, in which she focused on investment sales and structured finance across all product types within various markets in the Northeast. Michelle brings investment and financial expertise to the firm with prior experience as an Acquisitions Analyst at Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation and an Investment Associate at Cambridge Associates.

Michelle has a B.S. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. She is an active member of NAIOP Developing Leaders, REFA Emerging Leaders, ULI and is philanthropically involved in the Young Friends of the Public Garden as well as Heading Home. Michelle is an avid golfer and was the captain of her college hockey team at Trinity College.
