Investor Reporting Manager

The Investor Reporting Manager is responsible for all aspects of investor servicing and reporting for clients and for the management of the department and its employees.

Essential Functions:

• Hire, train, mentor and supervise supporting staff
• Manage deliverables and deadlines for department
• Coordinate internal and external reporting to senior management and clients
• Coordinate client communications and materials with Portfolio Reporting, Portfolio Management, Communications and Business Development
• Maintain the highest standards of investor reporting and client service
• Maintain the quality, and consistency of all client materials
• Interact with executives and staff from Portfolio Reporting & Analytics, Portfolio Management, Investments, Compliance, Communications and the broader Business Development team

Investor Servicing:

• Research and respond to client information requests, coordinating with other teams as necessary
• Process audit confirmations and requests
• Update client and consultant databases on a quarterly basis
• Process Fund performance questionnaires
• Process Fund debt questionnaires and summaries
• Process capital call notifications
• Process distribution memos
• Prepare transaction summaries for all acquisitions and dispositions, coordinating with Portfolio Management and Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
• Manage the Firm’s online investor portal, including client access, document upload, and document organization
• Leverage the Firm’s online investor portal to improve the client experience

Investor Reporting:

• Prepare Fund Summary section of quarterly and annual reports, coordinating with other teams to finalize
• Prepare Portfolio Update section of quarterly and annual reports, coordinating with other teams to finalize
• Assist Portfolio Management in preparing the Client Letter section of quarterly and annual reports
• Compile all components of quarterly and annual report into one cohesive document, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with brand standards
• Coordinate the processing and distribution of quarterly and annual reports
• With Relationship Managers and Portfolio Management, develop client update meeting presentation materials


Our client is a real estate investment management company known for its vertically-integrated platform and experience in the multifamily sector.



• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 5-7 years of real estate experience 
• Knowledge of investment concepts and metrics as they relate to multifamily real estate 
• Clear understanding of fund management, investor reporting and communication 
• Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills 
• Experience utilizing a cloud-based CRM and Investor Reporting System
