With its focus on personalized service, premium amenities, and proactive relationship management, the firm employs the latest technologies and a concierge-like approach to property management in order to foster an elevated tenant experience across approximately 11 million square feet of real estate with 23 properties in the Greater Boston, New York, San Francisco Bay, South Florida, Southern California, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas.

Position Overview

The organization is searching for a Vice President of Marketing to assist in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising collateral.  The VP will work closely with corporate and onsite property teams to develop and distribute internal and external communications and to assist with an array of branding-related initiatives within the organization.  The candidate will assume ownership of all branding initiatives, including marketing collateral, online presence, events, and document and image libraries.


  • Independently develop a coordinated marketing strategy that encompasses all areas (property-level, investor-focused and internal communications) and establish measurable performance metrics and goals
  • Use advanced graphic design and mapping software to create an array of marketing materials consistent with company brand standards, including newsletters, advertisements, demographic reports, and customized brochures for in-house and external presentations
  • Interface with corporate and onsite property teams regarding marketing and branding requirements
  • Work with corporate and onsite property staff to synchronize relevant information into clear, cohesive collateral
  • Streamline property website development and implementation and manage all property websites and social media accounts
  • Create and distribute email communications including property listings, event invitations, and periodic announcements
  • Develop white papers or other topical communications that follow industry trends
  • Assist in company-wide initiatives (e.g., technology implementation, environmental, social and governance – ESG - data collection)
  • Maintain comprehensive document library of all final marketing materials and property images


  • Bachelor’s degree with proven academic performance
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Quark
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with acute attention to detail
  • Passion for consistency, clarity and accuracy
  • Outstanding productivity and proven organizational, time management and prioritization skills
