Position Overview

The Associate, Account Management will support a multi-city team led by our clients Managing Principals, dedicated to a Fortune 50 portfolio account. This role will provide day-to-day internal project management and liaise between account teams, our clients various service lines, and partner service providers to ensure a seamless and coordinated delivery of our services to our portfolio account. In addition, working collaboratively with key stakeholders, the Associate will develop and implement measurable, streamlined, and efficient processes to ensure optimal collaboration and the delivery of best-in-class real estate solutions.

The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented and bring a proven track record of strategic thinking, process organization, tracking and reporting, problem-solving, and operational excellence 

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Associate, Account Management, include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and improve existing processes, reporting, and tools used to track, implement, and measure real estate initiatives for global portfolio clients
  • Support critical cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with key account leaders
  • Own the development of balanced scorecards and dashboards for critical financial and operational metrics
  • Support annual and quarterly portfolio planning process
  • Drive a regular cadence of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance against key metrics
  • Support systems and automation initiatives across the business to drive efficiency
  • Develop and support project plans and dashboards in Smartsheet and other technology platforms to manage and track our project activities
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including consulting, marketing, and research to generate data visuals that enable decision making
  • Support daily ad-hoc client initiatives and projects 

Requirements

  • Ability to identify and track project and team/project based KPIs
  • A passion for people and project management and improving organizational functions
  • Exceptional soft-skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Tech-savvy and excited to find ways to leverage software tech, wherever possible
  • High-energy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work on multiple complex projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Capacity to execute under ambiguous and ambitious situations
  • Excellent listening and written communications skills
  • Self-starter, action plan oriented
  • 2-3 years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Corporate Real Estate, Business Operations, or a similar function (including relevant internships)
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Experience with business and portfolio analytics to transform data into insights to improve decision making that supports the business
  • Expert PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet skills – Adobe InDesign experience ideal, but not required
  • BA/BS is preferred but not required - preference given to demonstrable college or university experience that shows initiative and/or personal fortitude (work/study, co-ops, self-financed education)
