Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President, Regional Sales Manager is tasked with driving growth and revenue through the efforts of commercial real estate brokers. This role involves retaining high-performing brokers, recruiting seasoned brokers, and overseeing the New Broker Training Program along with all brokerage activities within our client. As a leader, the manager will champion the firms core values and culture and support the sales of the platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to expand market share of commercial real estate (CRE) revenue opportunities across various markets and asset classes.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania laws & regulations by providing strategic oversight of processes, procedures, and policies across the organization.
  • Administer and manage the New Broker Training Program, including recruiting, delivery of training content and exercises, and evaluation of participants’ work and progress.
  • Provide mentorship and development, and facilitate mentoring relationships with other brokers within
  • Attract and recruit experienced commercial real estate brokers (1099) who embody the company’s values and culture.
  • Enhance brand development by attending client meetings and industry events to assist in closing deals and raising awareness of the firm in the Pittsburgh and beyond.
  • Participate as a member of the firm’s leadership team, working with leadership to drive revenue and exceed client/customer expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives and programs to foster the company's internal & external value propositions while growing agent productivity, gross revenue, and EBITDA.
     

Requirements:

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • A Pennsylvania real estate broker’s license, current and in good standing.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
