Position:      Senior Recruiter

Location:     Boston, New York or Palm Beach (Remote will be considered)


Overview:     We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiting professional to join our team. With offices in Boston, New York and Palm Beach, we are a boutique search firm focused exclusively on recruiting talent within all sectors of the commercial real estate.  This is a unique opportunity to join a team of highly successful recruiters at a well-established firm. We are a collaborative team, and are seeking a talented candidate who can join our fast-paced, growing business.


The Recruiter will be responsible for filling search assignments out of one of the Keller Augusta offices (remote will also be considered).  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of new business development and lead generation, as well as, management of business operations individually and in collaboration with the other offices.


Job Responsibilities Include:    

·             Actively recruit for open engagements and establish new client and candidate relationships.

·             Continue to grow and expand company’s footprint nationally.

·             Accountable for the search process from start to finish, which includes: develop and maintain client relationships, sourcing and identifying candidates, inputting candidate data into our database tracking system, providing written candidate assessments, scheduling client interviews, act as client/candidate liaison throughout interview process, and conducting professional references.

·             Follow the KA structured recruiting process and ensure process is adhered to for all searches, including client management, marketing, and conference/meeting attendance.

·             Collaborate with team of internal recruiters on firm’s active searches.

·             Mentor and coach junior associates as the office grows.

·             Represent the firm at professional networking events & industry organizations.


·             Bachelor’s Degree required.

·             Experience recruiting within real estate and/or financial services strongly preferred.

·             Ability to provide strong customer service to clients and candidates.

·             Ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities.

·             Self-starter who’s comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.

·             Superb verbal and written communication skills.

·             Ability to proofread and edit documents with an acute attention to detail.

·             Technical skills: Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Cluen Encore and/or recruiting database preferred.
