Reesa Fischer is Managing Director of Strategy and Client Solutions at Keller Augusta. She is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, brand management, and diverse and equitable hiring initiatives across Keller Augusta’s national platform. Reesa’s unique, relationship-oriented approach is the product of more than 30 years of experience in real estate advisory roles, defining the future direction and growth of institutional organizations.

Diversity and inclusion are her top focuses. She helped create Kage Growth Strategies’ Commercial Real Estate Success Training (CREST) Program, a comprehensive initiative to support CRE companies in their commitment to attract underrepresented college students through summer internships. Additionally, Reesa worked on the committee to launch the Real Estate Summer Exchange Program (REEX) with the Real Estate Executive Council at MIT Center for Real Estate. Prior to joining Keller Augusta, she served as Executive Director of NAIOP Massachusetts, where she managed strategic initiatives and developed high caliber programs.

Among Reesa’s accolades are recognition as a Bisnow ‘Boston Power Women’ award recipient and NAIOP’s ‘Chapter Executive of the Year’. Reesa is an active board member of Project REAP, advisory board member of the BCREN (the Black Commercial Real Estate Network), and advisor to Bisnow RISE Initiative. She has earned the Inclusion Institute Diversity Specialist Certificate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Boston University.
