Reesa Fischer is Managing Director of Strategy and Client Solutions at Keller Augusta. With over 30 years of experience in real estate advisory roles, she is responsible for overseeing Keller Augusta's strategic direction, partnerships, community engagement, brand management, and initiatives focused on diversity and equitable hiring. Her unique, relationship-oriented approach has been shaped by her extensive career, where she has contributed significantly to the growth and future direction of both boutique firms and institutional organizations.
Reesa has played a significant role in advancing diversity and inclusion within the real estate sector. She created the Commercial Real Estate Success Training (CREST) Program at Kage Growth Strategies, a program designed to help CRE companies attract underrepresented college students through summer internships. Additionally, she was involved in launching the Real Estate Summer Exchange Program (REEX) in partnership with the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) at MIT Center for Real Estate.
Before joining Keller Augusta, Reesa served as the Executive Director of NAIOP Massachusetts, where she led strategic initiatives, membership engagement, and developed innovative programs. Her success as a leader and her efforts in diversity and leadership have earned her numerous accolades, including recognition as a Bisnow ‘Boston Power Women’ and NAIOP’s ‘Chapter Executive of the Year.’
In addition to Reesa’s professional achievements, she is an active board member of ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean, the Black Commercial Real Estate Network (BCREN), and an advisor to Bisnow's RISE Initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Boston University and has earned the Inclusion Institute Diversity Specialist Certificate.
