Position Overview:

The Capital Markets Associate will support the firm’s capital raising, investor outreach, and capital formation efforts across the firm’s investment vehicles and project-level partnerships. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to help shape investor messaging, coordinate marketing campaigns, and manage investor communications and reporting.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a blend of financial acumen, relationship management skills, and execution discipline - someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment..

Responsibilities: 

• Support the execution of capital-raising initiatives, including investor outreach, follow-up, and marketing coordination.
• Conduct market research and help identify prospective capital partners across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth channels.
• Manage and maintain the firm’s investor CRM, tracking interest, engagement, and deal flow.
• Coordinate meetings, roadshows, and calls between investors and senior management.
• Prepare offering materials, investor updates, and performance reports in collaboration with internal teams.
• Partner with accounting, asset management, and development to ensure accuracy and consistency in all investor materials. 
• Assist in process improvement efforts to streamline reporting and communication workflows.
