Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Capital & Investments will join the Finance & Capital Markets team, providing primary financial analysis for the firm's current and potential development and investment projects. • Prepare presentation materials and memoranda for the internal Real Estate Committee and for external third-party investors and lenders, including private offering memoranda.
  • Coordinate and lead due diligence efforts for acquisitions and financing.

  • Perform market research and analysis to assess current and future market conditions, competition, and potential demand for prospective investments, and maintain internal comparable sets for property sales and leases.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 3+ years of real estate analytical experience across multiple property types and strategies; development and existing asset underwriting, due diligence, and closing experience across a broad range of asset classes strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record, ideally with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and discounted cash flow analysis skills; Excel modeling skills are mandatory, and ARGUS experience is strongly preferred, including complex real estate and partnership models (preferred returns, waterfalls, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for presenting analysis, conclusions, and recommendations to senior internal team members and outside partners.
  • Must be a quick study, comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analysis, research, or reporting, and an interest in applying them to real estate workflows
