Brad Braunstein joined Samuel & Associates as a financial analyst in Boston this month. He works on development projects and acquisitions, reporting to director of finance Austin Paul and chief financial officer Ami Fatula. Braunstein spent the last seven years at Boston Realty Advisors, where his roles included portfolio manager. His hire at Samuels was arranged by executive-search firm Keller Augusta.
