Ashley Miller is a Managing Director at Keller Augusta, based in the firm’s South Florida office. She brings over 20 years of real estate finance experience.

Ashley has served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple $500M to $1B+ real estate platforms, with experience across commercial development, Build-to-Rent communities, short-term vacation rentals, and land acquisitions. Her expertise spans capital strategy, portfolio management, financial planning, investor reporting, treasury, and accounting systems for complex, multi-entity organizations.

Prior to her CFO roles, Ashley held senior positions at Regional Capital Group and Global Capital Advisors Group, where she originated and structured commercial real estate financing solutions across debt, mezzanine, equity, and hybrid instruments. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
