Karen Pierre is the Director of Business Development, Texas at Keller Augusta. Based in the Dallas office, Karen brings over 30 years of B2B sales and business development experience, with a focus on driving strategic growth within the commercial real estate sector.

Prior to joining Keller Augusta, Karen held business development and sales roles at prominent real estate and professional services firms, including CoStar, Bisnow, and Ryan LLC.

Karen is a dedicated advocate for the advancement of women in commercial real estate and has been an active member of CREW Dallas for over 20 years, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Rollins College.
