Ryan MacDonald is Senior Director, Strategy & Operations at Keller Augusta, where he serves on the leadership team and expands the firm's infrastructure, people systems, and organizational development — working across the team to build upon the frameworks, culture, and operational excellence that define KA's next chapter.

Ryan returned to Keller Augusta after several years in senior talent and people leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of New York Office at Social Finance, a national social impact investment and advisory firm, where he led the firm's full hiring function and partnered with C-suite leadership on organizational design and change management. Prior to Social Finance, Ryan led technical and business operations recruitment at Arrowstreet Capital, a global institutional investment manager with over $292B in AUM.

Ryan began his post-undergrad career at Keller Augusta as a full-cycle recruiter, developing executive search expertise across entry-level through C-suite engagements in commercial real estate. He brings to his current role a commitment to inclusive, equitable, and people-centered practices across hiring and organizational design.

Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology & Human Development from Boston College, with minors in Gender Studies and African Diaspora Studies.
