Kate Keller founded Keller Augusta Partners in 2001 and has since grown the company to be Boston's preeminent Real Estate Executive Search Firm. For nearly a decade, Kate has spearheaded the firm's Business Development and Executive level searches. Her client roster includes a diverse list of elite Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York Development, Real Estate Investment and Construction Management companies.

Kate prides her business as one built on strong personal relationships resulting from understanding her client's needs. She has organized her company to offer her clients a full service experience, with no real estate search being "too small." Kate believes a strong real estate support staff is as important as its leadership and has ‘recruited’ top real estate industry professionals with diverse backgrounds to work at Keller Augusta.

She is an active member of NAIOP, ICSC, and the United Way Real Estate Breakfast Committee. Kate holds a B.A. in Communications and Art History from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois. Kate is an avid golfer and supports several community arts programs.
